If you put in the effort, you can become a gifted Scholar.

Once your colonist does one of the following they will become a Scholar's Assistant:

Reminder: Whelps are able to become Assistants. This stage requires an NPC/Unclaimed Native teacher.
Requirement: Int 5+

• Attend a lecture.
  
• Stay up late studying with a friend.
• Find a tutor for a difficult subject.
• Become a student teacher and assist in teaching a class.

Once your Scholar's Assistant does one of the following they will become a Scholar:

Reminder: Only Adults / Level 1+ colonists can obtain the full Specialization!
Requirement: Int 8+

• Set up your own hypothesis and test it.
• Teach a class on your own.
• Write or present your thesis.
• Graduate!
