Issiq

An arid land of sparse vegetation and desert-like dryness, Issiq is the land on the north east side of the island. The desert sand in many places can be unique colours, usually tinted purple. Issiq also has many rocky spires and arches that appear to be natural in origin. Watering holes and oases dot across the region, allowing for the roaming tribes to survive across the great desert. Due to the sandstorms that wrack the region, not much is known, though there are rumors of an ancient city. Near many of the watering holes are small pockets of basaraytz.
