Small crop-eaters.

Jaebo - Class C Insectivore

Jaebo are a small insectivore, about one foot in height at their shoulders. Similar to Tellurian rabbits, they are skittish but prolific scavengers, often infesting colonies and eating their crops. They have poison-filled spiny growths and hard plates, demonstrably for protection from larger predators. When attacked, they will attempt to flee first but will arch their backs and tuck in their heads to try to catch predators with their spines. If captured and tamed, they can be good pets, especially due to the males' extremely territorial nature. They are prolific breeders, having litters of hundreds of tiny spawn at a time under the right conditions and rapidly growing to full size.
