HOJENST - Class C HERBIVORE
Hojenst are medium-sized (large to humans) herbivores with a similar niche to Tellurian cattle. They produce meat and milk and while they don't have horns, their tusks (larger in males vs females) can be useful for both defense and use in crafting. Usually brown in color, they domesticate easily and are usually quite docile. They gather in large herds and usually keep the weak calves in the middle of the herd, surrounded by the females and then the males. They are known to participate in "castle" behaviour when threatened, where the cows will lock hips and face outwards, protecting the calves while the bulls patrol the exterior and defend from whatever threat there might be.
