A tower that appears to be a massive petrified tree stump.

The City of Bitzaron is on a tower of petrified stone rising into the sky in the middle of a lake of similar name. While previously, DPIP regarded this as inaccessible, it is now determined that the inhabitants will allow limited contact and visitors, mostly desiring the income of tourists.
