This time, it was Depths that was injured, and Glow was taking the youngsters along on the hunting trip. He had gotten some sort of ear infection from the swampy water, and Glow was careful to avoid the deeper puddles as she splashed to the meeting point, ((strange, fungi-like foliage rising overhead)).
