Wings
Winglets cannot carry weight and should be no taller than the head of the colonist and no longer than the base of the tail.
Wings can carry weight and may be fully sized.
If on a species or subspecies that already has wings, this can cause additional smaller wings to sprout. Alternatively, one of the winglet mutations can cause existing wings to be smaller.
