The City of Lights is a small city deep within the heart of L'Hatzif. The earth here is very rough and barklike, as if built out of a massive fallen tree. The city centers around an enormous steam vent which lights up the city at night.
The houses here are built out of an adobe made of Fungal Tree flesh and there are numerous transparent dome homesteads containing several fungal-adobe houses of extended families. The transparent material is not glass but instead a strange hardened fungal sap that is blown using the steam vents.
