The new settlement in Mireh had been giving issues pretty much as soon as Kestrel arrived. She had, somehow, let Bloo convince her that she should be the one to help lead the new settlement in Mireh. She hadn't been convinced at all to start, but Bloo had assured her that she would be in full control of the settlement.
