Black Values

Unless paired with another Value or affected by an appropriate Modifier, any markings should be either from this black range or appear black. It should be clearly distinguished from the line-art and pure black (#000) or it may be rejected. Make note that some monitors don't differentiate dark colours as well as light colours so a black hue that you can see fine may appear the same colour as the lineart for someone else.
