When Fier is present, it leads from the eyes in a curving trail to the tail. It can be as thick or as thin as you want, darker or lighter than the base coat, and may be more intense and more saturated than the base coat.
It follows the same coloration rules as Countershading - if on a monochrome base, it can be any of the colours from the species.
It has minimal appearance in one of three places:
- Behind the eye
- Along the core or centermark of the colonist
- The tail tip
