Choker works as a collar or a scruff of fur on the neck of the colonist that is either significantly lighter or significantly darker than the base coat. It should always be based on the base coat colour, unless it comes from the black or white colour ranges, depending on the species. When in a species that has tail fluffs, it can affect the entirity of the tail fluff or not at all. It does not cover any of the belly mane, when present.
