NMRO Current Lore
Greer is working at a facility at the very north of Mireh, along with a bunch of NPC researchers. Currently there are no native colonists attached to the facility.
The local tribe on the northern island are watching the facility warily, and will probably attack at some point.
Dawny has been dispatched to be NMRO's first colonist, as DPIP want the outpost to be a colony as well as a research facility. Dusk is tagging along with her sister, as she is suspicious of the offworlders.
Ash has fled his previous colony, and a storm separated him from his fellow exiles (the founders of Xione).
Umbra used to be part of the tribe, but had a falling out with them.
These four are going to be the initial colonists.
Skirmish runs the tribe - after wandering the land of B'av and siring many (so many) children, he retired to northern mireh, kicked out the previous tribe leader, Stoat, and took over.
Cobalt is his 2iC, Lark a farmer, Wheeler a hunter, and Bandit the medic.
I am pretty flexible re lore at this point, so throw ideas at me! I'm going to try to be more active, so lore friends will be likely be featured in stuff I do, but honestly, I just want lore with people

I quite like our early connection when Or'sol was just getting set up!
Lee Yorgen (researcher) and Xombre (founding Tsabhua) were en-route to meet with their nearest Mireh neighbours, who were quite far away.
They had only correspondence from them on official DPIP issued communicator and were set to meet up with them, however neither Lee nor Xombre had actually been in the area before.
On the road they stumbled upon Lark and Skirmish and some whelps close to where they thought the meeting place was going to be. Introductions were exchanged and eventually Anise was gifted to Or'sol as a gesture of friendship and trust between the clans.
Lee and Xombre were content and excited (but also saddled with great responsibility to raise and care for a whelp now!) and went on their merry way home.
However they never met with NMRO, Skirmish and Lark were not affiliated at all. So Lee and Xombre basically stood up their neighbours, fully believing they had successfully completed a meet-and-greet with an established DPIP sponsored colony.
Moving on from that initialness though xD
Now Or'sol prides themselves on their agriculture and animal husbandry, and export quite large amounts to more isolated regions.
