Blip is the only member of the colony that knows they were sent to "colonize" their miserable outpost largely to be rid of the ragtag weirdoes that didn't seem to have a place on the station, and that she herself was deemed the most expendable member of the team to oversee this endeavor. A quiet administrator on the station, Blip was not well known and not well liked (not out of any malice or that she was cruel to anyone, she just was socially more of a non-entity). Deciding to make the best of things, she does her best to wrangle her enthusiastic teammates and get their colony in some kind of order.
