Shimmetri takes the shape of a sphinx cat, though he is quick to remind others that this isn't his true form.

He has strong psychic abilities, made evident by his constant hovering. He doesn't seem to get tired, and rarely lands. He's also capable of mind-reading and telekinesis, as well as mimicking other's voices. It seems the voice he uses as his own doesn't come from his body, but rather is an illusion created with clever use of telepathy.

He made his way to Xiunus, and joined the DPIP's program solely to have a quiet, undisturbed space to perform his experiments. What kind of experiments? Only he knows.

Other than that, he rarely interacts with the outside world, and it is quite likely most of the newer colonists moving into, or visiting the Sleepy Canyon have never even seen him.
