Xitlalmina

There's a rare mutation - well, a defect - in Xunari that causes them to not go fully through puberty, leaving them with a whelp-like appearance, even in adulthood. Reminiscent of Kallmann Syndrome that is found in some Terrans, but possibly with different causes. What is also similar is the infertility that comes with it.

To be honest, if it is possible, I'd like the option to have a leveled colonist that still looks like a whelp. Infertility that can only go away once the defect is removed is a fair price to pay, and I would not have it any other way.
