Edited in the lines in the submission to show my intended "200-word blocks" for the sake of clarity-

Woodland and Rocco should both be present in all blocks. Raucer and Sinokyo join in in the 2nd block.

Woodland is from one colony, Rocco, Raucer, and Sinokyo are from another, thus 3 foreign friends for Woodland, and 1 for the other three.
