The Great Fossil

Rumors of giant beasts in the heart of Rekes incited a sense of adventure in Cera and Anagg. They ventured deep into the cave systems of the mountain continent until they came across something breathtaking. The unmistakable remains of a giant creature, remniscent of an earth trilobite, with thick layers of crystals growing on its fossilized surface. While only the head of the creature jutted out from the rock, the full extent of its remains likely extended all the way to the surface.  As massive as it was, the two got the sense that this great fossil was only a small part of a larger story.
