Stardust and Cookie Crumbs

In Chapter One ・ By Snip's Pinnacle Point ・ 2 Favourites ・ 0 Comments

Frith's first day with her researcher doesn't go as expected. While she's eager to start setting up, Snip is fine simply spending the night... and day in her ship. It's a cramped space with all sorts of garbage littering the floor. But it's also fascinating, with all sorts of machinery with purposes beyond Frith's imagination. It's the screens which Snip engages with that interest Frith the most, full of images that appear and move about, symbols... text, which conveys messages to those who can decipher it. She tries to start learning what she can about this vessel from the stars and the information it contains from beyond her world.

Snip is fairly interested in the odd new creature, slowly letting her guard down around it. It calls itself something that sounds more or less like "Frith", though she is creeped out by the fact that it doesn't actually talk. Her translation device seems to receive its messages fine though, maybe it's psychic.
