Have a colonist get the maximum of random events on a submission and get insured in all of them.

Thinking that having something to remember extreme rng results by could be great

Suggestion: Have a colonist that has done 100 of Foraging/Investigation/Mining

Basically rewarding the player for using their colonist(s) repeatedly and often and making any pieces with them. Not too sure how to name the awards however.
