Commenting to clarify some things! Regional bonus applies to the colony where the colonist is from, so my characters get the regional bonus! Total XP for each colonist would be 11, and total RP would be 66. Foreign colonist does not apply, as all are from the same colony. Requesting the REs for Tatter and Orion specifically.
