Breeding Permissions
These permissions were sent by the owner of the colonist to another user.
These are used in place of the -1 Breeding Slot "reward" in breedings for non-owned colonists, as they deduct 1 Breeding Slot upon being generated.
You may not over-promise permissions, use your own permissions, nor may you promise slots to a geno.
Officially promising slots to a whelp before they can breed is also frowned upon.
