He may have been accepted into the Royal Court if not for his lack of wings, and his birth was therefore stricken from the record- Ha'malchut knows how to make inconveiences disappear. He does not know of his true parentage, and frankly wouldn't care- he doesn't give a Huldah's tail about the old royalty of the Tark'ee, and they seem like stuffy stuck-ups to him anyways.
