Personality

Rude, blunt and scrappy. Has a constant mean look on his face. Often gets into fights. Possessive of his food and belongings - but also protective of his fellow colonists, and unafraid of sticking up for them.  Feels disconnected from traditional tsabhua culture due to living most of his life away from Xiunus.

Bears a lot of physical and mental scars from his experiences offworld.  Doesn't like to talk about it; it's none of your business, and the memories aren't fun to revisit.  Knows a lot about crime, and would recognise most of the big names in the galaxy's criminal underground.

Noire was taken offworld by smugglers as a whelp, and was only returned to Xiunus years later due to the efforts of local authorities and DPIP operatives.  He has a constant mean look on his face.
