Veldet was mysteriously dropped at Spear's doorstep in a crate, with no note or anyone nearby. Despite having no real knowledge on how to care for a draconic tark'ee, the colony has done their best to raise him.

This tark'ee, much like his cousin Kea, loves to be a general nuisance--as an adult, though, his antics are more of a playful annoyance. Veldet is a wild spirit at heart and, contrary to the attitiudes of most Spear colonists, loves to get out into the world and explore; frequently travelling vast distances with or without a vehicle--especially in the ocean. He is described as very energetic when motivated and has a habit of rushing into situations headfirst with little forethought.
