Nobody knows where exactly Darragh hails from.
On one of her outings Maeve found the small Tsabhua and carried him in her pouch back to the colony. It was her who took to feeding the whelp, nuturing him back to health and strength.
Darragh views all of Forsaken's Hollow as his family, but where the other colonists get referred to as uncle or aunt, only Maeve is called mom.

The tsabhua developed a knack for poisons of all kind, being able to supply the colony with much needed antidotes for various mushrooms and their spores.
Only a few know of his second. deadlier work. Now and then Faolain deploys him as an assassin, that he may strike a target down from afar. For now these assignments have been far and few in between and Darragh hopes that it will remain so, for this means his home is safe.
