Lancer is quite a friendly tsabhua, he pays close attention to the needs of others and is the type of individual who could talk fluidly to practically anyone. He is an optimist at heart and assumes that everyone has good intentions, even if they may seem dubious or abrasive at first.

Lancer was Spear's first colonist and the defacto colony leader initially, but currently everyday colony activities are managed by himself, Lua, Vivian, Ark and Deidra. Aside from leadership, Lancer is training to be a physician.
