It wasnt every day you get to see your friend.
They were both at the Immigration intake together, but Wheat left Bistre first, following a loving Tsabhua named Tasuri. She gave her a home and taught her all sorts of things. Wheat even started going and hanging out with a Belemoid that looked just like her, learning all sorts of trickery... But for good...
What was wonderful were the walks that she and that Bele, Mouse, would go on; all over the world- as long as they stayed safe. One such trip took her all the way to (Rekes. Its Green lands and rushing streams) brought her curiosity out but the multitudes of beings they met along the way faded from her mind very fast... except....
She TACKLED the 12 foot child with all the strength she could muster, "BISTRE!!!!!!!!!!"
There was zero sway from the larger chick's feet when she was pounced upon, but her beak turned to a smile at the recognition to the voice.
"Wheat! You are here?! Welcome to my home!"
The larger beast began a circling motion to spin the smaller beast- her guardian Belemoid moving and ducking the swinging tail.
"Careful Wheat! Dont fall off!" The darker Belemoid called up to the two happy beasts giggling at the twirls. He was quite shocked though that, when Wheat whispered something to the larger one; once they stopped spinning, the deep brown chick took off in a run up the path.
"Oh….oh no…." The older one slumped.
Mouse taught his trickery to little Wheat too well…. She now was in the wind….
"If that little fluff ball gets hurt, Tasuri will have my hide…." He groaned to himself as he followed at a snails pace behind the two children.
(They had gone over the ridge, and splashed down in a stream.) Thank Goodness he had taught Wheat how to swim, just in case.
"You two.... dont give me a heart attack like that...." his answer was a splash to the face...
