"Here's our proposition: You'll be sent to one of our old Marine Research Settlements on the coast of Rekes. There, you'll help establish and begin research on a colony. The first colonist has already been sent to the location. During your time there, you won't be able to leave the region outside of emergencies. Is everything understood so far?"

"Well, what's in it for me?"

"In the case you take our offer, we will not report your break-in attempt, nor will we pursue any arrest attempts against you."

"... Fine. I'll do it."

And so, the Stone Ocean colony was established.
